I have worked with Drywall Surveying Services (Southern) ltd on our multi-phase Andover development since the start of 2018. From a commercial point of view, Drywall work with Taylor Wimpey closely and with their professional input we have been able to value engineer certain details and house type designs. This has resulted in a very hassle-free working relationship and allows works to proceed on site without any restrictions. Drywall Surveying Services (Southern) ltd have been very flexible with regards to their scope of works. They have been able to resource works generally seen to be outside of the Drylining element and are in addition completing the timber stud works on site. This greatly improves site management of works and prevent and discrepancy between trades, thus improving the quality of finish on site. From a build / construction point of view, the fact Drywall have retained the contracts over 3 phases on this development in the last 2 and half years speaks volumes for the good quality work they are delivering for Taylor Wimpey.’
